10 Best Eurocamp Caravan Holiday Parks 2025
Eurocamp has more than 200 holiday parks across Europe. Most are in France and Italy, but they’ve also got some family-friendly caravan parks in Spain, Switzerland, Holland and Croatia.
They’re often described as ‘campsites’ but most have holiday caravans or lodges for hire. Some are in fantastic seaside locations and most have their own water parks or swimming pools.
Eurocamp has four main grades of accommodation to pick from:
Within each grade there are other variations that are usually called 'XL' or 'Plus' (e.g. Comfort XL). These offer more space or better facilities. Upgrading gets things like towels/bedding included as well as bigger beds, larger outdoor spaces and dishwashers. Some Eurocamp resorts also have lodges and camping, which don't fit into these neat categories. If you are bringing a dog, you will either need to pick Classic (£) or Comfort (££).
Read our full guide to Eurocamp's accommodation grades or read the official guide.

1. Domaine des Ormes Campsite Brittany, France (big park, swimming, high wires)
Domaine des Ormes Campsite is a large holiday park, which covers roughly the same amount of space as one of the UK's Center Parcs resorts. As with most French resorts, it calls itself a 'campsite' but the accommodation is more like the lodges and caravans you get at UK holiday parks.
The main feature is the 'dome aquatic complex', which has an indoor swimming pool as well as a wave pool and splash park. The dome opened in 2019.
The site isn't near to the beach but it has a lake and plenty of things to do onsite including a golf course, fishing, tennis, basketball, pony rides, volleyball and boules.
Eating out options include two bars, a creperie and a pizzeria. There's also a restaurant which is part of the golf course.
Reviews on TripAdvisor average 4/5 from about 1500+ customers whilst Google Reviews are 4.5/5 (or 85% overall). If you want to explore, it's about 40 minutes in the car to Mont St Michael which is a famous island in the area.
Price: £1755 for a week in a two bedroom 'Classic' static home for a family of four in mid-August 2025. It's worth playing around with the different dates. We found it was £300 cheaper to arrive on a Saturday than a Sunday because of the accommodation that was available.

2. Duinrell Resort, Netherlands (onsite theme park, outstanding waterpark, near sandy beach)
Eurocamp at Duinrell Resort is an outstanding choice if your family likes an adventure.
Your accommodation comes with free access to a 40-ride theme park, including rollercoasters, log flumes, a toboggan run and monorail. It's a similar size to Paulton's Park or Gulliver's Kingdom.
You also get cheap access to the Tiki Pool waterpark, which has swimming pools and a whopping 21 flumes and slides. There's a splash area with small slides for younger ones, as well as the big slides.
If that's not enough, you can drive 10 minutes to a sandy beach or 40 minutes to Amsterdam. The resort also has four restaurants, playgrounds, soft play, trampolines, minigolf, bike hire and somewhere to kick a ball around.
Needless to say, Duinrell is a very large site. There are well over a thousand holiday lodges at Duinrell, most of which have three bedrooms. Review scores for Duinrell Resort average 82%, although that includes day visitors.
You can drive to Duinrell Resort from Calais in less than four hours via the 35 minute Eurotunnel/Le Shuttle. Alternatively, get a six hour ferry from Harwich in Essex to the Hook of Holland and then drive for 45 minutes. Peak time ferries cost about £500 whilst the Eurotunnel is about £350 (or much cheaper off-peak).
Price: £2005 for a week in August 2025 for a family of four, including theme park access and reduced entry to the water park (£5 - £10 per person, per day). In late August, prices drop to about £1000. The Netherlands has a fairly similar climate to the UK so it may be getting a bit chilly for an outdoor water park! Read our full guide to Duinrell.

3. La Garangeoire Campsite Vendee, France (busy park, several swimming pools, near beach)
La Garangeoire on France's west coast makes our list thanks to excellent reviews, a big range of facilities and its location in the pretty Vendee with its famous sandy beaches. Customer give it an overall score of 92% (based on 4.5/5 on TripAdvisor and 4.7/5 on Google Reviews).
The park is a family friendly one, so better for visitors looking for activities and constant entertainment rather than those wanting constant silence.
There are four outdoor swimming pools, one covered pool and a large shallow 'lagoon' pool which is surrounded by a beach. There are also (take a deep breath)... waterslides, horse riding, crazy golf, playgrounds, trampolining, cycling, archery, fishing, table tennis, canoeing, pedalos and various other sports. There are kids' clubs for different age groups as well.
In summary, you won't be bored.
If you want to bring a car you can take an 11 hour ferry from Portsmouth to St Malo followed by a 3 hour drive. You could also take the Eurotunnel, followed by a 7 hour drive. If you prefer to fly, there's a 90 minute flight from London to Nantes followed by a 1hr 15m drive.
Price: £1333 for a family of four staying in a 'Classic' 2-bedroom static home/caravan for a week in August 2025. That price was arriving on a Saturday but other days weren't much more expensive.

4. Cambrils Park Spain (busy coastal park, loads of facilities, great reviews)
There are about 20 Eurocamp holiday parks across Spain and Portugal but we’ve picked out Cambrils Park. It's one of the most expensive holiday parks on our top 10 guide, but it's got a lot going for it.
It’s a large, family friendly holiday park with loads to do onsite and a beach about 10 minutes' walk away on the Costa Dorada (part of Catalonia, nearish to Barcelona).
Reviews are outstanding, averaging 4.5/5 on TripAdvisor and Google Reviews (or 90% overall). There’s a splash park and swimming pool with waterslides, various sports on site, mini golf, a gym and spa as well as kids' clubs.
Bear in mind this is a busy park aimed at families. Don’t turn up expecting silence and solitude…
From the UK you can either go for a 24-hour crossing on the ferry followed by a 5-hour drive. Or you can fly to nearby Reus in about 2 hours. The accommodation is two-bedroom bungalows, which are a little bit more substantial than caravans.
Price: £2073 for a family of four for a week in mid-August 2025, staying in an Aloha bungalow.

5. Jungfrau Campsite Switzerland (simple site with stunning surroundings)
You might assume a Swiss holiday park will bankrupt you, but the Jungfrau Campsite isn’t actually all that expensive – and it gets excellent reviews.
It doesn’t have the non-stop noisy entertainment of some Eurocamp holiday parks (there’s no swimming pool) but it’s surrounded by waterfalls and the local village has such things.
There's easy access to the river and you can walk along the Eiger trail or hire bikes. There are plenty of caravans/static homes to choose from or you can camp if you're on a budget.
Zurich airport is a two-hour drive away, or you can get the Dover ferry to Calais (about 90 minutes) and then drive for about nine hours. Don't forget to charge up the tablet for the kids...
Reviews average 4.6/5 on Google Reviews of 4.5/5 on TripAdvisor - or 91% overall.
Price: £1360 for a week in August 2025 for a family of four in a two-bedroom safari tent. Note that this is glamping rather than staying in a caravan!

6. Koningshof Campsite Netherlands (indoor swimming pool, easy to reach, small park)
This Dutch holiday park is pretty easy to get to if you're living in the South East of England. At the time of writing, there's a ferry from Harwich in Essex that takes about 6 hours and then it's about an hour's drive from Hook of Holland to Koningshof Campsite.
It's near the seaside and only an hour's drive to Amsterdam.
The park itself is fairly small but it's got indoor and outdoor swimming pools and waterslides, as well as fishing, bike hire and a handful of sports on site.
Reviews average 4.5/5 on Trip Advisor and Google Reviews, or 90% overall. It's also known as Vakantiepark Koningshof, in case you're wondering.
Price: £1292 for a family of four for a week in mid-August 2025 in a 'Premium' 3-bedroom caravan/static home.

7. Valle Gaia Campsite Tuscany, Italy (swimming pools, Tuscan scenery, some facilities)
The Valle Gaia Campsite makes our list because of its good reviews, pleasant location in Tuscany and its four swimming pools. Overall, Valle Gaia Campsite scores 91% from reviewers with 4.5/5 on TripAdvisor and 4.6/5 on Google Reviews.
It's a fairly small holiday park but its got a kids' club, a playground, tennis, volleyball, basketball and table tennis. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes in the car.
As you're probably aware, Tuscany is famous for its vineyards, rich artistic history (particularly Florence) and its rolling countryside.
You can fly to Pisa in about 2 1/2 hours and then it's 40 minutes in a car to the Campsite. The other option is a 90 minute ferry from Dover to Calais and then a 15 hour drive. I'd consider splitting up the drive at Campingplatz Herbolzheim in Germany.
As you may have gathered, hiring a car at the airport is probably your best option unless you are doing a tour of Europe or have very patient children. I admit that's an oxymoron.
Price: £1182 for a family of four for a week in August 2025, staying in a 2 bedroom 'Comfort' mobile home/caravan. This was a Saturday arrival - you could save another £30 by arriving on a Sunday.

8. Sanguli Resort, Spain (four swimming pools, coastal, kids' clubs, sports)
Sanguli is another Spanish holiday park worthy of a place in our Eurocamp top 10 thanks to its good location, outstanding reviews and range of facilities. It's in the Costa Dorada which averages 21-24 Celsius during the summer.
The resort combines easy beach access with four swimming pools. It's only a couple of minutes' walk from the park entrance to a sandy beach. The swimming areas at Sanguli are themed including a quieter pool which has a bar and waterslides and an Africa themed pool with safari animals.
There's a kids club as well as various sports including tennis, basketball, volleyball, minigolf, trampolines and table tennis. A large theme park called PortAventura World is only 10 minutes away.
Diners can choose from three different restaurants. As you may have gathered, this is a large resort!
Customers on TripAdvisor give Sanguli a score of 4/5, whilst Google Reviews gives it 4.5/5. That gives us an average score of 85%, which is very good for a larger resort like this.
The accommodation is safari themed lodges, which have air conditioning, dishwashers and some outside space.
You can get to Sanguli Salou Camping and Resort with a two-hour flight from the UK to Reus. It's only 15 minutes from the airport to the resort.
Price: £2968 for a week in a two-bedroom Masai Lodge in August 2025. That's the price for two adults and two children. That is considerably more expensive than most of Eurocamp resorts, but you are getting some good facilities included.

9. Sole di Sari Campsite Corsica (simple park for exploring, great scenery)
**Winner: cheapest Eurocamp holiday park in our top 10**
Corsica is an Island which is a region of France but it's near to Italy, so your best option is probably a flight from London which takes a couple of hours.
The Sole di Sari Campsite itself is relatively small with simpler swimming pools than some massive holiday parks in Europe. There's also table tennis, a playground and a kids' club but don't expect to spend every waking moment onsite. There are places to eat in the park, but only in the peak season.
It makes our list because of its great location, which is near to forests, beaches and mountains such as Monte Cinto. There are plenty of places to try watersports nearby, but you'll need to leave the site.
I'd say this park is better for families with older children who will cope with a walk of more than 10 metres, or perhaps for couples looking for a pleasant base to explore the Island.
Reviews are 4.3/5 on Google Reviews and 4.5/5 on TripAdvisor, which works out as 88% overall.

10. Südsee-Camp Campsite, Germany (large park, indoor swimming pool, kids' club)
There are two Eurocamp holiday parks in Germany that we think deserve consideration in this top 10 guide. Campingplatz Herbolzheim is near to the French border in the South West of Germany whilst Südsee-Camp is towards the North of Germany between Hamburg and Hanover.
Campingplatz Herbolzheim is a small park that is a good spot for breaking up a long drive to Italy. However, we’ve picked Südsee-Camp Campsite, which is a very large and busy holiday park with loads to do.
It’s got an indoor swimming pool although you have to pay a little bit to use it as it’s also open to the public. It’s near a lake and has lots of sports onsite, including crazy golf, basketball, table tennis, archery, horse riding, trampolining and an adventure course. There are also kids' clubs and places to eat onsite.
Reviews average 3.5/5 on TripAdvisor or 4.4/5 on Google Reviews, or 79% overall. That is slightly lower than the other Eurocamp resorts in our top 10.
You can either fly to Hanover (90 minutes from London) and then hire a car/use public transport for the last hour's drive. Or you can get a 90-minute ferry from Dover to Calais and then drive for 8 hours.
Price: £1456 for a week for a family of four in August 2025, staying in a 3 bed Comfort caravan/static home.

Price comparison of 10 of Eurocamp's best caravan holiday parks
For our price comparison we looked for a week's holiday for a family of four towards the start or middle of August 2025, in the cheapest accommodation available. We did notice quite a lot of variation in pricing throughout August, with the end of the month generally being cheaper than the start.
