There are six official hotels and two official 'nature resorts' at Disneyland Paris. But which is the best?
We've ranked our top 5 by looking at value for money, customer reviews, onsite facilities, and distance from the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. For our price comparison we looked at four different dates from the UK, including three during school holidays and one outside of school holidays.

We've ranked our top 5 by looking at value for money, customer reviews, onsite facilities, and distance from the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. For our price comparison we looked at four different dates from the UK, including three during school holidays and one outside of school holidays.

1. Disneyland Hotel - great reviews, best location, highest prices
If you've recently had a lottery win and want to shower your little princesses with (expensive) Disney magic then the flagship Disneyland Hotel is the best option.
It costs two or three times as much as the cheapest official Disneyland Paris hotel in our price comparisons, but it offers a lot. For a start, it gets the second best customer reviews out of all eight hotels and resorts with an average of 86%, or 4.3/5 (we looked at reviews on TripAdvisor, Google reviews, Expedia and Booking.com).
It's also the closest to the main theme park (Disneyland Park) so you only have to walk for a couple of minutes to get back to the hotel at the end of a day of plodding the park. It's also the closest to the railway station so it's a doddle to reach from London via the Eurostar.
The journey by train takes 3-4 hours and you have to change at Lille. At one stage there was a direct train, but that was scrapped a couple of years ago.

The Disneyland Hotel is a posh Victorian country house style of hotel, so it won't be for you if you want a relaxed setting for your noisy children to run around. It's got an indoor swimming pool, spa, two restaurants and a bar. The pool is the straightforward rectangular sort rather than one with flumes and wave machines.
The hotel recently underwent a massive renovation project that took nearly four years before re-opening in 2024. As a result, it is looking modern and swanky.
There are some extras you can pay for that are exclusively available at the Disneyland Hotel, such as princess makeovers.
Price: consistently the most expensive by far in our price comparisons. Four days for a family of four, including five days in the Disneyland Paris theme parks cost from £4355 at Easter 2025, £3939 in late July 2025, £2991 in mid September 2025 or £5048 in late December 2025/New Year.
Those prices don't include meals. Adding on meals for the Disneyland Hotel costs more than meal packages at the other hotels.
As an example, if you just wanted breakfast at Easter 2025, you would pay an extra £581 for four nights for four people. Half board costs an extra £1506 and includes breakfast plus one other meal. Full board gives you three meals a day adds on £2726. You can either have your lunch and evening meals at the hotel or at a restaurant in the theme parks.
Alternatively...if you want a grown-up style hotel for a lower price, try Disney’s Newport Bay Club.

2. Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch - third best reviews, one of the cheapest, spacious, short drive
We reckon Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch is the best value official resort or hotel for visiting Disneyland Paris. It isn't within walking distance, but if you're bringing a car from the UK then it ticks a lot of boxes.
It was amongst the cheapest options in all of our price comparisons, with all the dates being less than half the price of the same holiday at Disneyland Hotel.
It also has the third highest average review score, with an average of 84% (based on average scores on TripAdvisor, Expedia, Booking.com and Google reviews in October 2024).

Lodges, facilities and prices at Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch
Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch is described as a 'nature village' by Disney and is a bit like the posh holiday lodge parks you get in the UK. You get your own lodge along with a small kitchen and you get a much bigger range of facilities than you get at any of the official Disneyland Paris hotels.
There's a good-sized themed swimming pool with a flume as well as minigolf, playgrounds and tennis courts. There's a restaurant onsite and you can pay for full board by having breakfast at the resort and then other meals in the theme parks.
According to my calculations it is a 10-minute drive to the car park, and then a walk of 10-15 minutes to the entrance to Disneyland Park. Some of the official onsite hotels are 15-20 minute walk so there's not a huge difference. Guests can park for free at Disneyland Paris.
I'd say this is a good one for families with children who need a bit of space for dashing around. Hotels are fine for older children who like to sit nicely and stare at their phones in silence, but I fear I'd be receiving glares at the breakfast table if I took my noisy children to a posh hotel.
Price: considerably cheaper than Disneyland Hotel. When we checked, a four-night holiday for a family of four including five days at the Disneyland Paris theme parks started at £1706 at Easter 2025, £1542 at the end of July 2025, £1186 in mid-September 2025 or £1946 in late December 2025/New Year.
As with the other official accommodation, those prices don't include meals but it costs a lot less to add a meal package at Davy Crockett Ranch than it does for the Disneyland Hotel.
If you just wanted to add on breakfast for four nights for four people at Easter 2025 you would pay £201, which is about £10 per meal per person. You can also upgrade a meal plan to include a number of restaurants at the theme parks. For half board, which includes breakfast and one meal, you'd pay £645 for four people. Full board (i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner) adds on a total of £860.

3. Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel - best reviews, pricey, modern hotel, swimming pool, short walk
If your children (or your husband) are madly into comic book movies then the obvious choice is the verbosely titled Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel.
It ranked first in our review score comparison with a score of 89% and it was the second most expensive option every time.
Disney's Hotel New York is one of the closest hotels to the Disneyland Park entrance (11 minutes by my count) and it has a very modern look that appeals to me. It is designed to look like a Manhattan hotel with the sort of up-to-date décor you might get in a decent Hilton or Marriott in the UK. It first opened in 2021.
Throughout the hotel there is comic book artwork on the walls and other exclusives like a Marvel Design Studio and the chance to meet superheroes.

Bedroom grades, dining and prices at Disney's Hotel New York
Standard rooms at Disney's Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel are called Superior Rooms (let's not spend too much time worrying about the use of the word 'superior' to describe the cheapest option...). You can upgrade to Superior rooms with a 'garden terrace' if you want a bit of outside space, or to an 'Empire State Club Room'.
The Empire State Club Rooms initially seem a lot more expensive for a pretty similar style and size of bedroom.
However, it's worth considering that you get breakfast bundled in rather than paying separately for it. If you were planning on getting breakfast anyway then it's worth considering the upgrade. You also get access to a lounge that is only for guests staying in Empire State Club Rooms, as well as a separate check-in desk, bath robes and slippers. There is also an option to upgrade to a room with a lake view if you go for an Empire State Club Room.
The hotel has a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor gyms, two modern restaurants and a bar.
Price: not bad! It's nowhere near as expensive as the Disneyland Hotel but pricier than the rest in our comparisons. A family of four staying for four nights with five days at the Disneyland theme parks started from £2786 at Easter 2025, £2521 in July 2025, £1886 in September 2025 and £3224 in late December 2025/New Year.
To add on meals to the Easter 2025 holiday you would pay either £416 (just breakfast), £753 (breakfast + lunch or dinner) or £1255 (breakfast, lunch and dinner). You don't have to return to the hotel for your lunch and dinner, you can eat them at some of the restaurants in the theme parks.
The Empire State Club Rooms initially seem a lot more expensive for a pretty similar style and size of bedroom.
However, it's worth considering that you get breakfast bundled in rather than paying separately for it. If you were planning on getting breakfast anyway then it's worth considering the upgrade. You also get access to a lounge that is only for guests staying in Empire State Club Rooms, as well as a separate check-in desk, bath robes and slippers. 4. Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne - mid-priced, cowboy themed, good reviews
If you want a reasonably-priced onsite hotel that is walking distance to the Disneyland theme parks then Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne is a good choice.
However, there's a major caveat in that you need to be a fan of cowboys. Or more specifically, your children need to be fans of Woody from Toy Story.
This is one of the more heavily themed accommodation options as you are basically staying in a Wild West town.
Reviews for Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne are decent at 81% overall (or about 4/5). It was a mid-priced option in our price comparison with not much between it and Disney’s Sequoia Lodge, which is a woodland hotel with less of a blatant theme.
Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne doesn't have a swimming pool, but it's got a good novelty value so it doesn't look like any old hotel. There are also cowboy themed things like pony rides, which you can pay extra for.

5. Les Villages Nature Paris - one of the cheapest, waterpark and activities, short drive to Disneyland Paris
Finally, a bit of a curveball.
Disney and Center Parcs have a joint venture called Les Villages Nature Paris, which offers the whopping waterpark and big range of activities of Center Parcs along with easy access to Disneyland Paris.
The idea is that you spend a bit of time at each, with a typical holiday including four days accommodation at Center Parcs and two days off site at the Disneyland theme parks. You can obviously stay for longer if you want.
Instead of the woodland lodges that you get at Center Parcs in the UK, a lot of the accommodation is modern apartments (the site only opened in 2017). It's also a large Center Parcs, with about twice as many accommodation units as you get at the UK sites.
The accommodation isn't like a hotel and is much more like self catering.
As with other Center Parcs the waterpark - or Aqua Mundo - is one of the main attractions with the option to sign up for extra activities (most of which cost extra).

Unfortunately, reviews for Les Villages Nature Paris are much lower than the seven other official Disney resorts and hotels. The average is 71% or about 3.5/5, which is a bit disappointing. Some people have issues with cleanliness, others found the accommodation too hot. The good news is that customers rave about the Aqua Mundo swimming pool and give it a score of 4.3/5 on Google Reviews.
You can't walk to the Disneyland Paris theme parks, so it's not as convenient as most of the others on this list. You can either pay a couple of Euros for a 20 minute shuttle bus or drive yourself. Guests at Les Villages Nature Paris get free parking at Disneyland Paris, so you might decide it is the easier option.
Of course, it might feel like a bit longer than 20 minutes after a day of walking round Disneyland with children...
